Data we collect
When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfil it: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number where provided, and your order contents. Payment card details are handled by our payment providers through Shopify checkout and are not stored by us.
How we use it
We use your data to process and deliver orders, provide customer support, handle returns and refunds, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations. We use it for marketing only where you have asked to hear from us.
Who we share it with
We share data with service providers who help us run the shop, including Shopify for our storefront and checkout, payment providers, and delivery partners. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to run the business and to meet accounting and legal retention requirements, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can request access to your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to or restrict certain processing, and request a copy in a portable format. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
