Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we confirm the order. If an item turns out to be unavailable we will contact you and refund any amount already paid for it.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and reflect our live catalogue. Delivery charges and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Payment is taken through Shopify checkout.
Product information
Product images, descriptions and packaging come from our catalogue and may occasionally differ from the item supplied as manufacturers update their products. Always read the label on the product you receive.
Age-restricted products
Where a product is age restricted by law, we may refuse or cancel an order if the legal requirements cannot be met.
